e647661b76 CMakeLists: Make variable shadowing a compile-time error 
Now that the entire project is free of variable shadowing, we can enforce this as a compile time error to prevent any further introduction of this logic bug.

6e1eea8897 gc_adapter: fix libusb import on GCC11.2 
Just to silence an intermittent error.
GCC11.2 complains cannot find 'libusb.h' during a fresh build.

2b87305d31 general: Convert source file copyright comments over to SPDX 
This formats all copyright comments according to SPDX formatting guidelines.
Additionally, this resolves the remaining GPLv2 only licensed files by relicensing them to GPLv2.0-or-later.

The default constructor of a UUID instance doesn't initialize the
underlying array.
