5268dbbce5 Version 2.0.0-alpha.5. Major change in memory mapping - now it's internally reference-counted. 
Renamed flag VMA_ALLOCATION_CREATE_PERSISTENT_MAP_BIT to VMA_ALLOCATION_CREATE_MAPPED_BIT.
