Deleted the whole Record&Replay feature. COMPATIBILITY BREAKING!

Removed from the API: VmaAllocatorCreateInfo::pRecordSettings, VmaRecordSettings, VmaRecordFlagBits, VmaRecordFlags.
Regenerated documentation. Updated README.
